Some brands are seen.Others are felt.

Lucid works at the place where visual identity, emotional truth, and founder presence meet. We build creative worlds that people cannot quite explain. They just know they want in.

Philosophy

Perception happens before thought. We work in that space.

Most brand work starts with messaging. We start earlier. With the feeling a founder carries into a room, the image that flickers before someone reads a single word, the instinct that makes a stranger trust someone they have never met.

Culture moves fast. Attention moves faster. The brands that last are not the loudest ones. They are the ones that know what they are. Lucid was built to work on that question, with rigor, with taste, and the understanding that a business is also always a story someone is living.

We are interested in what is specific to you. Not a category. Not a persona. The thing that makes your work unmistakably yours, and how to make it unmistakably visible.

Where It Comes From

Hi,
I'm Drew.

Founder, Lucid Creative Studio Hypnotherapist Brand Strategist Creative Director

I built Lucid because I kept seeing the same thing. Brilliant founders with work that mattered, hiding behind brands that did not reflect it.

I am a hypnotherapist, brand strategist, and creative director. Which sounds like a strange combination until you realize they are all doing the same thing, helping people see what is actually there, and making it visible to others.

I have spent over a decade in brand and creative work, and the last several years specifically inside the psychology of identity. The subconscious patterns, the self-perception gaps, the places where founders contract instead of expand. That work changed how I approach everything. I do not start with aesthetics. I start with you.

Lucid is where that all lives. If you are building something that deserves to be seen, I want to help you build the brand around it.

The Ecosystem

Lucid is one part of a larger world.

The studio connects into two other spaces, each working at a different layer of the same question. Together they form a complete arc — from the innermost identity work to the outward brand, to the physical spaces where it all comes alive.

Identity and Inner Work

The Alchemy Queen

Coaching, identity work, and subconscious rewriting for women building something real. This is the layer beneath the brand — the belief systems, self-perception, and inner architecture that determine what a founder is willing to become visible for.

SVRN

A production studio, event space, workshop hub, and cultural activation platform. Where the strategy and identity work finds a physical form. SVRN is where ideas stop living in documents and start living in rooms.

The Work.

Four areas, one through line
01

The gap between what you built and how it is landing.

Brand strategy, positioning, emotional tone, audience connection.

This work usually begins in the places where something feels slightly disconnected. A brand that looks polished but still feels forgettable. Messaging that says everything correctly and somehow still leaves people outside of it.

Lucid moves through positioning, perception, and storytelling. Finding what is already there and building around it with more precision.

02

What happens when you start editing yourself out of it.

Voice, visibility, narrative, the slow drift between identity and performance.

Founder-led brands carry the emotional texture of the person behind them whether they realize it or not. You can feel when someone is speaking from somewhere over-performed. The audience feels it too, even when they cannot name it.

Less about finding the right words. More about getting honest enough about what you actually think, and building communication that can hold it.

03

The atmosphere around a brand before it speaks.

Visual identity, creative direction, campaigns, digital experience, brand worlds.

Some brands enter a room before they have fully introduced themselves. The pacing, the visual language, the emotional register. These communicate before a word is read, and they either earn trust or quietly erode it.

Visual identities and brand worlds that are emotionally distinct and difficult to flatten. If the feeling is not there first, the aesthetics are just decoration.

04

Where strategy stops being a document and starts being a world.

Production, content direction, shoots, events, experiences, activations.

Some ideas need more than strategy sitting inside a deck somewhere. They need to be made. Photographed. Felt in a room. Experienced in a space someone walks into and immediately understands.

Through Lucid's broader creative ecosystem, the studio moves through production, events, shoots, and activations. The work that brings a brand fully into form.

Workshops and Facilitation

The work that happens in the room.

Drew facilitates workshops and immersive group experiences for entrepreneurs who are in the middle of something. Building a business, scaling a brand, navigating a transition, or standing at the edge of the next version of what they are creating.

These are not training sessions. They draw from brand strategy, identity work, nervous system practice, and subconscious methods to create the conditions for something to actually shift. Not just learned. Moved through.

Each experience is designed around the specific group and the specific moment they are in. No generic frameworks. No pre-packaged curriculum.

Who This Is For

The ones we are here for.

Lucid works with a small number of clients at a time. These are the people we do our best work with.

01 — The Founder-Led Brand

Your brand and your identity are the same thing. That is not a problem. It is the asset.

You are a founder, a creative entrepreneur, a personal brand becoming a company. You care about perception. You know something feels off and you are not looking for surface-level work.

Wellness founders, creator brands, boutique products, creative startups.

02 — Wellness and Identity-Driven Brands

You are operating in a space that gets flattened all the time. You refuse to let that happen to you.

Your brand lives in transformation, beauty, healing, or experience. You are exhausted by the generic aesthetic of that world. You want depth, texture, and cultural relevance without losing warmth.

Skincare, retreats, boutique hospitality, coaches, beauty, luxury lifestyle.

03 — Creative and Cultural Ventures

The vision is enormous. The architecture around it has not caught up yet.

You are building a creative ecosystem. A studio, a cultural brand, a media concept. The world is fully alive in your head. You need brand architecture that can hold the whole thing.

Studios, collectives, podcasts, event brands, production companies, cultural concepts.

04 — The Personal Brand

The problem was never how you look. It is that the outside has not matched the inside in a while.

You are a creator, educator, or speaker who has become the face of what they build. Somewhere in the process you started performing a version of yourself that is not quite right.

Creators, educators, speakers, multi-disciplinary founders, thought leaders.

How We Work

A small number of clients.
A lot of attention.

Every engagement is shaped around where you actually are. No fixed package, but a consistent pattern to how we move through the work.

01

Immersion

Deep conversation, honest diagnosis. We ask the questions nobody else has, including some about the founder, not just the brand.

02

Architecture

Strategy before aesthetics. We build the bones before we dress anything. Positioning, voice, structure, emotional framework.

03

Creation

The making. Visual identity, messaging, assets, content. Produced with the care of something built to last.

04

Activation

Getting it into the world coherently. Not a launch. A presence. Something that compounds over time.

Questions

Everything you would want to know before reaching out.

How do I know if Lucid is the right fit? +
If you are building something with real stakes and you feel the gap between what you are creating and how it appears to the world, that is the signal. The first conversation will tell us both whether it makes sense.
What does a full engagement actually look like? +
It depends on where you are. Some clients come in for a defined project. Others want an ongoing creative partner. Scope and timeline are shaped around your specific situation. You will receive a clear proposal after our first conversation. Nothing vague, nothing surprising.
Are the prices listed firm? +
Starting prices reflect the baseline. Scope, depth, and timeline shape the final number. Payment plans are available for qualifying projects. If budget is a consideration, bring it up in our first conversation.
How long does the process take? +
A Brand Sprint runs 2 weeks. A full Brand Identity and Positioning engagement typically takes 6 to 8 weeks. Ongoing Creative Partnerships are structured in quarterly arcs.
Will I work directly with Drew? +
Yes. You work directly with Drew throughout the engagement. Not handed off to a junior team. That is why we take a limited number of clients at a time.
Do you work with brands outside wellness or coaching? +
Yes. The through line is founder-driven businesses where the person at the center is part of the brand's power. That shows up across many industries. If what is described here resonates, it is worth a conversation.
